I’m the only one who can’t cash out Zcash crypto?

I made a deposit in Zcash ZEC, and can’t take my money back in Zcash

So why if it’s about regional problem, why when I deposit in zcash I haven’t problem like that? So the site can take deposits, but withdraw cannot?

Давайте на русском , мне так удобнее, я обратился в поддержку, те методы которые они посоветовали не как не помогли мне с выводом, и если нет других способов что бы решить вопрос, то как мне снять свои деньги? Есть ли раздел который занимается этим?
